Medicare  If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP you can claim rebates for up to 10 x 50-minute psychology sessions  per year. 

After payment of the Medicare rebate, 

the cost  per session is usually between $25 to $90 at Clinpsych Orange. We can process your Medicare rebate to get the refund quickly.

Private Referrals  Psychological services can be accessed without a referral from your GP, however, you are then unable to claim a Medicare rebate. Most private healthcare funds will reimburse a proportion of the cost for psychological services. Fees for this service are comparable to those for Medicare appointments.

DVA Eligible veterans and their families receive free mental health care services from the Australian government. Clinpsych Orange are registered to provide this service once a referral is obtained from your GP. 

Cognitive Assessments Clinpsych Orange conduct cognitive assessments to clarify diagnosis, assess intellectual/decision-making capacity, and clarify symptoms of a range of neurological disorders including stroke, Parkinson's disease and dementia. Cost is dependent on the purpose and complexity of  assessment required.

SIRA (Workcover & CTP claims). 

Clinpsych Orange are SIRA NSW approved for Workers Compensation services. Psychological assessment and intervention can be provided to clients who have experienced a work-related injury or illness or psychological injury from a motor vehicle accident.

Once a claim has been lodged with an insurer, and your eligibility for the service determined  fees will be claimed directly from the insurer 

NDIS. If you are an NDIS participant or support person who would like to access psychological services with an NDIS plan, Clinpsych Orange can assist.

Services offered include therapeutic, functional and behavioral assessments; and psychological therapy, support and education to assist with the impact of your disability. The cost of approved services is covered by the NDIS.
