Service Coordinators
We appreciate working with you and your participants, and are happy to discuss specific clinical concerns or work collaboratively on plan goals. Our service agreements are negotiated with an emphasis on individualised clinical interventions designed to achieve identified goals. A progress report of assessment and intervention will be provided prior to the plan end date.
Please do not hesitate to contact us on behalf of your participant, either via email or phone, if you would like to consider a referral or need further advice on psychological intervention issues.

Medicare reports are provided following each 6 sessions, to notify issues of concern, and at Plan conclusion. Workcover progress reports are provided regularly together with any additional assessments. Relevant clinical information will be provided for NDIS participants.
